Don Carlos Javier Moreno Fernández, his son, continued its continuous development.

Foundation of SUMINISTROS INDUSTRIALES BEMCOR, S.L. (BEMCOR) and appointment as OFFICIAL DISTRIBUTOR OF R-M PAINTS for the territory of THE COMMUNITY OF MADRID, GUADALAJARA, CUENCA, and TOLEDO.

CEPISA BULGARIA is born in the city of Plovdiv.

In April 2023, CEPISA-DOMINICANA was born in the district of FRIUSA (BAVARO).
